Our chef Brad has a passion for authentic street food as he has traveled & cooked extensively through Asia. For a number of years he lived on his sailing boat and adventured around Indonesia and the South Pacific, in between working in high-end resorts as an executive chef. Now settled in South East Queensland he loves to bring flavours and his passion for food from around the world to you.


We take pride in our food and aim for balanced modern flavours mix with a dash of imagination, this combined with professional staff and service is the recipe that we have to give you the perfect experience to share with the people you love.

We cater for a wide range of events, from weddings to lawn parties and corporate shin digs. Our menus are fun and relaxed, with the flavour and quality you are looking for.  Dietary requirements are no problems, we look after you and your guest like you are family. 


We specialise in quality food, guaranteeing that everything we serve is made by hand in our kitchen. We only use fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. We believe in and strongly support quality farming methods and only use free range, grass fed beef from the green fields in Australia. All our produce including chicken and fish are locally sourced and free from added hormone and antibiotics.


We love our slow  cooked American BBQ meats! They are dried rubbed with Australian bush herbs such as bush oregano, lemon myrtle, wattle seed and bush honey, then slow smoked for up to 16 hours using Australian iron bark and apple.
